Please join me as I begin my 20th delicious season of cooking classes. You’ll have four different menus to choose from, a new one every two weeks. Classes are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during January and February. Scheduling depends on having 6-8 people to fill each class. If you have a group of 6-8, please let me know which date(s) to reserve for you. If you are not part of a group, be in touch and I’ll let you know which dates are available for the class(es) of your choice. I look forward to cooking with you!

Thank you again for the fabulous cooking class yesterday. I always enjoy the friendly and collaborative way we work together to make the wonderful dishes!
Congratulations Eileen on what I consider to have been a very successful cooking class today!
Gracias for another wonderful year of cooking with you!
We wanted to thank you for an excellent cooking class!
We really enjoyed all the recipes, food, your house, the other cooks and how it was setup!
Hopefully we’ll be able to take another one next year. Thank you!
We all had a lovely time yesterday and so enjoyed the selection! We agreed that they are definitely all do again recipes.
Thank you Eileen; it was a lot of fun and very inspiring.
What a lovely time! Thank you so much Eileen; you make it so easy for us all. The menu was delicious.
Many thanks, Eileen, for the lovely photo and for your culinary enthusiasm and support! I’ll definitely be making your delicious recipes at home! 🤗
I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the fun we all had, not to mention the learning experience, at your home yesterday.
Your house reminded me of your own version of Frieda’s Casa Azul. It was personal, functional and beautiful.
I hope to join the merry band for another lesson next month, but meanwhile, kudos to a fellow cook who has found a beautiful place to pursue a passion.
I don’t know which I enjoyed more, the socializing or the amazing food!
Thank you so much for today’s class. We always enjoy it. It’s not just the food…..it’s such a lovely atmosphere and the social component is a wonderful bonus!
I really enjoyed your cooking class. I may even try cooking at home sometime. You know, because my apartment came with a kitchen… and now it’s the plague. So, all the more reason to use the kitchen and be forced to cook. 😉
